As director and founder of Fusion, Gina is an award-winning consultant whose vision to create the most personal and professional agency in the South East has earned the company a huge reputation in recruitment.

Born in South Africa, she has an impressive track record of global experience with IBM and blue-chip high street recruitment companies in addition to independents.

Having launched Fusion in 2005, Gina now leads the team and strives to ensure both clients and candidates across all sectors continue to receive the highest levels of service. She is spearheading a range of bespoke services for clients to help their businesses grow with targeted recruitment strategies.

Craig Metcalf

Head of Industrial

Craig heads up our Industrial division with great dedication and passion, always finding the right person for the role, whether in a temporary or permanent position.

He has an outstanding track record in Industrial recruitment, having worked on and offsite for a wide range of clients. Craig provides the right people for each company, whether filling an ad hoc booking, emergency replacement or being part of your company’s on-going recruitment drive. Craig is passionate about his work and his out of hours mobile is never off!

Craig joined Fusion in 2008, after relocating from Coventry to Surrey. Since then he has positioned Fusion as the first port of call for Industrial clients and candidates. Craig’s portfolio ranges from very large corporate clients to smaller local based companies.

Alyson Wild

Aly is our office manager who handles the day to day running of the business, including payroll, legislation and administration. It is Alyson’s fantastic organisation skills and positive attitude which keeps everything running like clockwork. Friendly and approachable, South African-born Aly lives in the local area and has worked in the recruitment sector since 2002. She has been working her magic at Fusion since 2007.

A company stalwart, no amount of snow can keep Aly out of the office!

Tanya Etheridge

Head of Commercial

Tanya is a truly talented recruitment consultant who has a ‘gift’ for recognising skills and matching the right person to the right job.

As a senior consultant Tanya heads up our Commercial sector and looks after all permanent and temporary placements within this division.

Her knowledge of the industry is hard to beat, particularly in Commercial roles ranging from junior administration, senior management and accountancy to sales, marketing, IT and specialist posts.

Tanya has more than 10 years experience in recruitment and has been highly valued by our clients and candidates since she joined the team at Fusion in 2006.

Voted UK Consultant of the Year in 2003, she previously spent 10 years working for a major national charity.

Kris van Wellen

Kris manages the Catering division at Fusion Appointments.  Originally from East London, South Africa, Kris has been with Fusion Appointments since 2008.  He had a well deserved year of sunshine and surfing when he returned to South Africa in 2010.  Whilst enjoying the change of scenery, Kris continued his passion for the hospitality industry and worked for the largest Catering Recruitment Organisation in South Africa running their permanent and Contract catering division.  In February 2011 Kris returned to Fusion Appointments managing the day to day running and recruitment of the Catering division.

Kris specialises in all permanent, temporary and contract recruitment throughout the South East and is always at hand to help our clients and candidates.

Leila Meherzi

Leila joined Fusion Appointments in April 2010 as our office administrator.  She has since started working alongside Craig in our Industrial division and has become an invaluable part of this team.  Her ability to multi-task and keen eye for detail ensures that all the administration relating to our candidates are totally legal and up to date.  She has an exceptional way of dealing with clients and candidates alike and is always ready to help out in our various departments when needed.

Leila has years of experience working in the media industry as sales support.  Our candidates love speaking to her and her great sense of humour is always on hand to lighten a heavy work load.
