Calling herself a recruitment matchmaker, Becky is our Catering and Hospitality Senior Recruitment Consultant. A people person, Becky has a friendly and chatty personality, which puts people at their ease. Her role is to provide clients with long and short-term recruitment solutions and to give advice on salary expectations, talent pool and the hospitality market place.
Becky thrives on helping candidates achieve their goals, whether it’s assisting students looking for temporary work during the holidays or aiding candidates looking for full time employment. She does this by dedicating time to discuss their needs and salary requirements, helping with CVs, interviewing techniques and helps candidates to promote themselves in the local area.
With qualifications in recruitment and six years’ experience, her expertise is hard to beat and she takes great pleasure in finding people permanent and temporary positions in an industry that they really enjoy.
A 'strange' fact about Becky is that she likes to walk up flights of stairs on her tiptoes.
