Leila joined Fusion Appointments in April 2010 as our Office Administrator after a career working in the media sector as Sales Support. 

Within her first year at Fusion she continued her progression from Administrator to Resourcer within the commercial and tech sectors.  Leila is not one to sit still and it was an automatic progression for her to work with her own clients and candidates on a daily basis ensuring that all their recruitment needs are met in the role of Consultant.

Her ability to multi-task and keen eye for detail ensures that all the clients know once they have given Leila a booking or vacancy she will ensure that it is processed successfully and within the time constraints.  She has an exceptional way of dealing with clients and candidates alike and will always help anyone when needed.  Her great sense of humor stands her in good stead, especially during the peak times and having to deal with a lot of different requests simultaneously to lighten the workload. 

Leila has a tremendous knowledge of the London and South East recruitment market. With her very honest approach her clients and candidates know they can rely on her to manage their recruitment needs.

Long time ago Leila worked in surveillance so we call her our ‘Fusion super spy’
