Part-time PA to CEO
My lovely client based in Leatherhead is looking for a Part-time PA to CEO to join them from 13th November for 3 months. The role will be 3 days a week - ideally Tuesday - Thursday.
Your duties will include:
Taking minutes and preparing papers for all meetings
H&S representative for the executive office
Experience of planning, prioritising and balancing conflicting demands whilst working under pressure and to tight timescales
First point of contact for calls and visitors
Support to members of the Senior Management Team
Arrange catering for meetings and responsible for meeting room set up and take down
Plus various other ad-hoc duties.
Due to the location of this client, own transport is required!
