Job Description
Due to company expansion our client is looking for an Accounts manager/ Administrator to join their passionate and hardworking team working as suppliers within the building construction industry.
This is a full-time office-based role on weekdays. However, there may be the opportunity to do overtime at weekends during busy periods.
As an Account manager/ Administrator you will be responsible for building on existing current relationships to ensure a high level of service is provided and that you upsell when possible.
In order to provide the best customer service, their ideal candidate will have knowledge in the construction industry.
Your job will include, but is not limited too;
- updating the website
- Inbound telephone sales and upselling through product knowledge
- Answering incoming emails
- Providing customers with quotes
- Effective account management of existing clients
- Ensuring sales paperwork and online systems are updated
- Tracking orders
Due to location, the successful applicant must drive.
