Billing and Finance Administration - London £22,000 + Bonus
This role is based at the Head Office of this expanding telecoms company.
The key focus of the role is to be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of monthly client invoicing, using both internal and network level billing processes.
The Role
- Accurate invoices sent to clients
- Resolving queries prior to raising invoices
- Supporting and implementing the billing processes
- Credit Control for outstanding invoices
- Amending and printing bills
- Responding to customers' billing queries and actioning accordingly
- Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
- Ensuring all procedures are compliant
- Ad hoc support to others within the Billing and Support Teams
