Our client based in the outskirts of Dorking is looking for a chef to help the kitchen team over the next few weeks and ease the work load. They are happy to accept a chef of any level, commis chef, CDP or head chef.
The kitchen is open from 12midday until 9pm on weekdays and Saturday and 12midday - 6pm on Sunday and prides itself in providing customers with high quality food using fresh ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have previous cook or chef experience.
The role involves, but is not limited too;
*Assisting with the kitchen set up and food preparation
*insure the food is well presented and goes out in a timely manner
*Labelling/ stock control
Ensure the kitchen and food prepared is compliant with Health and Safety regulations
Due to the location, it will be necessary to drive.
