As a Chef de Partie, you would be required to aid the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Your duties would include, preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to the Head Chef's standard, and helping to develop new dishes in accordance with the School's requirements.
A successful candidate must be passionate about their craft, hardworking, reliable and will ensure the highest standard of personal hygiene and general cleanliness.
Any relevant Food Hygiene or Health and Safety qualifications are desirable.
The working hours for this role are on a rotational basis of two shifts: 7am-3.30pm OR 11am-7.30pm, Monday to Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week during a 41-week working year. Occasionally, Sunday work may be required.
The pay rate for this role will vary from £19,874 to £23,369 depending on qualifications and experience.
