We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client in Leatherhead.
The Chef De Partie shift time vary each week from 6am -2.30pm or 10.30pm - 7pm. This is 40 hour a week, 39 weeks of the year.
Your role will be to assist the Head Chef with food preparation, stock take, menu planning and the day to day running of a high volume, busy kitchen.

The successful candidate must have previous Chef De Partie experience and a high level of knowledge in food hygiene and safety. The must be an excellent communicator and work well in a fast-paced environment.
