Chef De Partie - Gastro pub - Reading/Nr. Bracknell - £25k package
We are looking for a calm, experienced CDP to have autonomy of the kitchen of beautiful this gastro pub near Reading in RG10 0PS
A real opportunity to be a part of a young company that is growing fast with wholesome food and delicious cocktails along side rightly matched wine and a proper beer and ale selection.
The salary is up to £25k package which includes TRONC and live in at £90 per week bills included.
As well as being a top chef with excellent organisational and management skills; you're going to be clean, tidy and keep on top of your HACCP & COSHH paperwork! You will also encourage, nurture and develop your brigade.
Shifts patterns will compromise of 5 over 7 with a range of daytimes, evenings and weekends in this historic landmark that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
