Job Description
The successful Conference and Banqueting Supervisor will have previous experience within a conference and banqueting role, especially working on large scale events. Ideally, they will have some hospitality experience in a hotel environment.
You will be responsible for working alongside the Conference and Banqueting Manager to ensure the smooth running of the events held at the hotel. This will involve coordinating the preparation and service throughout the event to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.
You will ensure front of house staff are functional, well presented and well informed of the events proceedings. You will also be requested to notify the Conference and Banqueting Manager of any individual training needs required to continue high standards.
