We are looking for a Conference and Events Sales Executive who will proactively convert key event business or provisional Conference, Corporate and Banqueting business for this beautiful luxury hotel set in the Surrey Hills of Dorking.
The focus of the role will ultimately be on proactively converting key event business from provisional conference enquiries. You will handle all long lead conference enquiries, completing show-rounds and appointments with clients. Producing proposals, completing daily chase calls and activities, and producing contracts.
You'll follow up on all conference/events business to secure future dates from past clients, attend and host FAM trips, and carry out show rounds; whilst always striving to meet and exceed client expectations in terms of support, quality and service.
This role is 40 hours over 5 days. Though the working day will predominately run between 8am and 6pm flexibility is a must to meet guest requirements.
