Fusion Appointments are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser for a successful client within the life sciences industry based just outside Dorking.
Our multinational client is searching for an enthusiastic and accomplished candidate to add to their team. As a Customer Service Adviser there will be a significant opportunity for career progression, with the position becoming more focused on managerial responsibilities.
Your duties will include:
- Order Management/Processing; overseeing sales orders.
- Customer Communication; providing proactive updates to customers via email or phone.
- Sales Coordination; coordinating with account managers, supervisors and other members of the customer service team.
The ideal applicant MUST have some experience in a Customer Service role, be fluent in English, have prior experience with ERP systems and have basic knowledge of the trade and logistics industry. A University degree and basic knowledge of accountancy is preferred but not essential.
Desirable traits include, but are not limited, to: good communication (both with customers and other members of staff), problem-solving skills, and the ability to time manage and plan effectively.
The working hours will be: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm at £9.50 p/h. There will be a pay review after the initial probationary period.
