Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - Mobile - NW London - £24,000 + Bonus

Due to continued growth this telecoms company are looking to add to their hugely successful team catering for individual and business requirements.

You will be responsible for completing all sales leads as well as handling mobile support - full training provided.

The Role

  • Process and coordinate client information and contracts into supplier portals for connection
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering support and solutions
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate
  • Complete tariff analysis and produce proposals
  • Assist the Retail Department
