Job Description
Our client based in Sutton is looking for Customer Service staff to join thier team for the Christmas period. You will be answering phone calls from customers and dealing with any quieries or complaints. You will be expected to deal with these queries or complaints in a polite and effiecient manner with the aim to resolve all matters.
You will also be locating parcels within the warehouse therefore PPE will be required, and a good level of fitness.
This role will be Monday to Friday with 2 shifts available which are either 11am - 7pm or 12pm - 8pm
