Our client, based in Mitcham, urgently requires a Customer Service/Admin Assistant to join their team over the busy Christmas Period. You will be working 5 days out of 7 and means that it will include weekends and will be worked on a rota system. The hours are 13:30 - 22:30 (however you will most likely finish before 22:30).
- Answering phones and dealing with customer queries where needed
- Inputting data onto the computer system
- covering reception as and when required
- De-briefing drivers
Full training will be given so experience is not essential however you must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner.
Due to being in a warehouse environment you will be required to wear PPE Clothing and you will need to obtain Safety Shoes/Boots
