Data Administrator - Horsham
Role overview and purpose:
Preparation of client information and data for use internally and externally.
Creation of system access worksheets.
Support Operations and Client Services teams.
Primary responsabilities:
Prepare client information packs for external parties.
Generate client account valuations for external parties.
Review system data for discrepancies and data feed errors.
Prepare system access requests.
Review and distribute received post.
Ensure full audit for all processing activity completed.
Thorough checking of own work to ensure accuracy.
Interaction with internal and external parties by telephone and email.
Feed back trends in queries to help facilitate service and training improvements.
Ad hoc projects when required.
Experience and qualifications:
Proven ability to work accurately within defined processes.
Excellent focus and attention to detail.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with a structured approach.
The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Highly motivated; willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge.
