Our client is looking for a Global Travel & Reservation Assistant to join their team!
This individual will be required to deal with any escalated issues that members of the business may experience whilst travelling internationally.
Location: Our client has many offices, working from your most local office. There will also be a possibility of being able to work 1 day a week from home
Point of contact for any inbound escalated issues re:travel via telephone and or email.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers alike in order to obtain best possible rates
Point of contact for any amendments/changes and or cancellations.
Complaint handling - rectifying issues in line with brand standard.
Travel Experience - preferably with reservations knowledge
Excel, Word - highly literate
Good standard of business English & maths - must have GCSE grade 5 as a minimum
Not phased by dealing with Senior employees
Able to stand own ground and push back when required
Able to work on own and manage time effectively
Ability to represent the company by liaising with external suppliers
Business travel experience
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
