IT Administrator
You rrole will be to develop, monitor and maintain accurate records relating to software asset management, hardware, maintenance and third-party systems and suppliers, across the entire IT estate. Supporting the IT team in the effective, but pragmatic, implementation of ITIL within the IT Services teams, with responsibility for assisting in the delivery of the service provided by the Service Desk team, and liaising with various distributed support Operating Company (OpCo) teams as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Records management, reconciliation and housekeeping
* Software compliance
* Software Asset Management (SAM) tool deployment, management, reporting, lifecycle and maintenance
* CMDB tool deployment, management, reporting, lifecycle and maintenance
* Hardware and endpoint asset management, warranty management
* Third-party vendor hardware and software administration
* Supplier liaison
* Purchasing, invoicing queries, OpCo cross charging
Accountabilities:
* Accurate records management
* Delivering tasks on time, to high quality standards, as agreed with the IT Leadership Teams
* Meeting team SLA performance
* Help create and maintain appropriate documentation
* Follow department policies and procedures and assist in the implementation of new processes
* Sharing of knowledge with ICT team members and other stakeholders
* Ensuring quality standards are adhered to by self and fellow members of the team
