Temporary Ongoing Admin/HR Administrator
My client is looking for an Office/HR Administrator to join their team. This fabulous global organisation is always busy! Therefore, your role will be to support the HR Director and HR Business Partner in the day to day runnign of the HR Department. You will also be asssiting the Office Manager.
You will assist with processing Payroll - they use Freedom, inputting of data for new starters/leavers, HR Admin and assisting with general office support. Then you will be assisting with Reception cover, keeping kitchen area clean and tidy, reporting any facilities issues, ordering stationary etc.
You must have had previous of experience of working in a similar role. This role will be temp at least until the end of the year, after which, for the righ candidate, it could go perm!
