Job Description
Our client based in East Sussex is looking for an experienced paraplanner to join their expanding team. Ideally the successful candidate will be level 4 diploma qualified with experience working within an independent financial adviser. Knowledge of Intelligent Office would also be a great advantage.
As an experienced paraplanner your role is to provide a high level of support to the financial adviser by preparing and maintaining client's files and establishing client relationships.
This will involve but is not be limited to;
- Preparing and maintaining client's files, producing reports, letters and supporting evidence to assist the financial adviser with presentations to the client
- Propose and draft financial solutions that meet the client's goals, needs and objectives
- Being a main point of contact between the client, financial adviser and other relevant parties
- Assisting in client meetings and be able to answer any questions the client may have
- Preparing and implementing recommendations
- Keeping the financial adviser and the client informed or any changing of information from any financial product providers
- Regularly reviewing the clients file and making recommendations
- Consider current and future allocation of assets for investment strategy with regard to client risk profile
- Ensure all compliance paperwork is in order
- Make the relevant changes to the client's investments as instructed
- Arrange future meetings
