We are currently looking for a top-notch Pastry Junior Sous Chef to look after the patisserie function for this luxury iconic hotel with a focus on weddings and events.
You will have responsibility for creating new ideas for the dessert menu and be involved in the training of the junior pastry chefs in the team.
Previous experience will be from a luxury patisserie environment either in a 5* hotel or rosette background.
