My Dorking based client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Your duties will include:
Operational / sales and logistical account management, including,but not limited to: PO's, SO's, Allocation of stocks, Organising transport, Quoting transport, Creating Price lists when needed, Creating Offer Masters, Shipping
certificates, speaking with customers and relaying information about orders etc.
Uploading Price files to system and creating offers for sales team.
Evaluating Price files against previous offer and relaying information to sales team.
Updating Item cards on to system
Completing new line forms for sales team.
Rate of sale evaluation.
Assisting in the Covering of other Operational Account managers in times of absence.
Assisting sales team in preparation for Exhibitions.
Attendance when / if required at Exhibitions.
Ad hoc support as needed.
Strong user knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook is a must!
