Our client is looking for a permanent Sous Chef to join their small team of dedicated staff in the health profession. You will be working alongside a head chef and kitchen assistant in order to provide 3 meals a day for up to 26 people.
Your responsibilities will include, overseeing and assisting kitchen staff, ensure a high level of food production and cleanliness and insuring regular maintenance of kitchen equipment.
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years culinary experience.
This position is 37.5 hours a week and will include working every second Saturday.
