We are currently looking for a top-notch Pastry Sous Chef to look after the patisserie function for this luxury iconic hotel that boasts a 2 and 3 rosette restaurant a long with weddings and events facilities.
You will have responsibility for creating new ideas for the dessert menu and be involved in the training of the junior pastry chefs in the team working a long side the Head Pastry Chef.
You will be involved in implementing with Head Pastry Chef training requirements for the whole bridage including health, hygiene and safety practices.
Previous experience will be from a luxury patisserie environment either in a 5* hotel or rosette background.
