Customer Service Co-ordinator
Under guidance of the Customer Services Manager, you will be carrying out general administrative duties including opening and distributing mail, logging letters and sending letters of acknowledgement. Up keep of electronic records, photocopying, scanning, typing, answering telephone calls and coordinating queries with Customer Service Manager.
Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role would be preferable but is not essential. Exceptional administrative and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Competent PC skills. Used to working under pressure.
This role is on a temporary basis 4-8 Weeks. You must be able to start ASAP.
Due to the location of this client, own transport is essential.
