- Redevelopment of used office buildings

Interim Commercial Estates Surveyor Add to favourites
INTERIM COMMERCIAL ESTATES SURVEYOR
London Borough
Park Avenue are working on behalf of a Local Authority in London who require an Interim Estates Surveyor who can work on their commercial portfolio. This will be on a 3 month rolling contract.
The work you'll be involved with is highly sensitive, due to the political interest in the assets. Experience with dealing with councillors and politicians is recommended.
You'll be completing rent reviews, lease renewals and managing landlord/tenant negotiations.
MRICS is required, as is Local Authority experience.
The council are working on a hybrid basis, with you only needed to be in the office/on site 1-2x per fortnight.

Interim Valuations Surveyor Add to favourites
INTERIM VALUATIONS SURVEYOR REQUIRED
West Midlands
Park Avenue are working exclusively with a Local Authority in the West Midlands, who require an Interim Valuations Surveyor for the next 3-6 months.
The work will be focussed in their commercial and operational portfolios, where they need the asset valuations completed for their end of year review.
Once these are done, you'll be helping the estates team with their property management duties, including rent reviews and lease renewals. There'll be other valuations work to complete, but not as urgently.
The council work on a hybrid basis, with you only being required in the office/on site inspections once a week (a day of your choosing).
The Head of Service is an interim also, so he understands the way of contracting - an added bonus!
MRICS and Registered Valuer status is required for this role, and Local Authority experience is an added bonus.
